Other Formats
we accept most graphic design programme format. These include PDF, Illustrator, Quark, Photoshop, Tiff's & Jpeg's, or EPS files. With all FONTS EMBEDDED.

Illustrators
please ensure that all fonts are converted to outlines and that all colours are CMYK.

Photoshop / Tiff / Jpeg or Eps
please ensure that this is at a minimum of 300dpi and all colours are CMYK. With all FONTS EMBEDDED.

Bleed and Trim
please ensure that you include 3mm bleed on your job. We also recommend that you allow 5mm all round from the trim edge for text and graphics. This will stop any 'white strips' from appearing on your job when it is cut down to size.

All our consignments are sent with proof of posting.

We send by Royal Mail
1st Class
where weight allows, best means of posting available for postage paid.

All prices are for 'PRINT READY' working from artwork file supplied. Payment is by PaPal or Credit Card and all prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is calculated and paid at checkout.

If our designers need to adjust your files we will contact you to advise you if any additional artwork charges are to be added. We will not undergo any artwork changes without discussing this with you first and receiving an authorisation to do so. You will be emailed a 'pdf' proof' of your file and once this has been approved we will continue to progress to print.

Our aim is to despatch goods within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Do I Need Bleed?

bleed is the term for colours, lines and backgrounds etc that are meant to go all the way to the edge of a product. For example if you want your business cards with a solid red background you will need to 'add' 3mm bleed onto the finished artwork. Without a 3mm Bleed, the 'red background' will result in white strips on the edges of the sheet size.
